Sales and Shipping Policies

Sales Policies:
1. All sales are refundable for up to 7 days after the product is received. We must receive an intent to return any/all products within 7 days of the received date. 
2. All products must be returned in their original condition, and with their tags. No product will be accepted that does not include its tag, and will promptly be shipped back. 
3. Any defective product will be replaced in a timely manner or a full refund will be issued upon receipt of defective product. This includes, but is not limited to, structural issues, missing stones, and scratches or marks. 
4. The buyer will have an option for a credit up to the amount of their return if they would like something else.
5. All shipments will include a paper copy of the invoice.

Shipping Policies:
1. The buyer will have the option to purchase the shipping method that is most convienent for them.
2. Available shipping methods include FedEX, USPS, and UPS. Please contact us if there is another way you would like to have your order shipped.
3. The buyer will pay for shipping after the method of shipping is chosen. It will be due with receipt of product, at the latest.
4. It will be made clear on orders whether all products are available to ship together or if there is a delay on certain products. The buyer will have the option to separate shipments, or wait until the order is filled in full.
